Sign up

  • Begin by visiting the following linkarrow-up-right

  • Enter your user ID (screen name), email address, first and last name, and your desired workspace name. Once finished, click Sign Up.

  • Please check your inbox for a verification email to finalize the process.

Login

  • Log in using your email address or User ID.

  • Once logged in, you’ll arrive at your default workspace. In the below screenshot, the name of the default workspace is “demo”.

  • To get started, create your first application by entering a name and selecting your target cloud.

Input and Process Requirements

  • Select the newly created application to view its details.

  • Upload or enter your requirement specifications.

Process All

  • Once the input is processed successfully, you can either choose to process the next logical activity or generate the complete workflow at once.

We recommend using the 'Generate all artifacts' command to run the entire workflow. This process executes the Specification, Design, and Code Generation phases sequentially. Once complete, you can review the outputs and re-run individual activities as needed."

Process individual activities

Software Specification

  • In the following screen, click on “Ask AI to Generate Software Specification”

  • Users can generate configurations using default settings or provide custom values for parameters such as Release Type, Application Compute, etc.

  • Upon completion of the Software Specification phase, the screen will appear as follows:

  • Users can perform the following operations on Software Specifications:

    • Delete Requirement

    • Edit Requirement

    • Add a new Requirement

  • Once a requirement is updated, click on the “Merge All Changes” button on the top to get the changes reflected.

Architecture

  • Click on the “Generate AI Architecture” or the play button on the top right to generate architecture diagram

  • The architecture diagram will be generated based on your Software Specification settings. You may also provide additional instructions in the box below.

  • The architecture diagram is displayed below. To make quick adjustments—such as 'Remove Audit Log Service from the Application Services Layer'—simply use the 'Conversation on activity' button.

Publish

Publish a shareable page with your application overview, software specifications, architecture, and cloud cost estimates.

  • Trillo AI Generates the Page

    • Automatically creates page content, including an application overview, software specifications, and architecture diagrams.

    • Provides detailed cloud cost estimates.

    • Allows for the addition of a custom logo.

    • Prepares a professional, shareable email template.

  • Edit and Publish

    • Gives you full control to edit the generated content and upload your branding.

    • Streamlines distribution by allowing you to enter recipient email addresses directly.

    • Ensures secure access by emailing a link accompanied by a unique pass code.

Conversation

Utilize the sidebar for targeted, comment-style inquiries regarding complex sections. The AI generates responses using the technical specification as its primary context, allowing you to easily steer adjustments like adding or removing services.

Analysis

Identify project gaps and inconsistencies instantly with the cross-artifact analysis tool. Functioning as a built-in auditor, it surfaces hidden misalignments via the green ‘Analysis’ button located on the top bar of Trillo AI

Admin Functions

  • Monitor Activities: Check the status of current or finished tasks in Tasks History.

  • Manage Users: Perform all user administration tasks under the Admin menu**.**
