Data Studio Reports
The file manager can be provisioned to show the reports created by the Google cloud data studio. The reports can be made public or private by the report designer. Therefore the access is restricted by the permissions set by the designer of the report. The user who is logged in using the Google identity will have the ability to view the reports as permitted by the designer.
Follow these steps to enable the dashboard access on the file manager.
- Enable Data Studio dashboard using Trillo Workbench and selecting Customize button.
- By default Data Studio is hidden therefore Unhide it and save preferences.
- Once the dashboard is enabled you can create tiles of reports by adding reports to the dashboard.
- The Data Studio dashboard becomes accessible under Reports option of the file manager
